I help female entrepreneurs like you effortlessly feel put-together and confident, so they can make more money in their business.
Together we’re normalizing style as a tool for success and empowering other women to see what’s possible when you know your signature style and translate that into a closet full of go-to outfits.
Looking for some productive closet ideas to try while you’re social distancing? Then it’s time to finally tackle the mess and fill your wardrobe with clothes you love! That’s why I teamed up with NBC Cleveland’s team to share 3 tips to help you get the ball rolling.
DIY Closet Tip 1: Worn & Torn
This one is super easy! Just go through your clothes, and get rid of everything that is worn & torn (Not sure what constitutes worn and torn? Check out my Cleanse Your Closet challenge for more information!)
Pro-tip: If you’re feeling overwhelmed by any of these steps, try breaking it up into multiple days. If it takes a professional 2 hours, give yourself 5 days to get it done!
DIY Closet Tip 2: Fit
Now it’s time to purge the pieces that don’t fit you well! They might be too tight or too big, or your body may have changed from being indoors all the time; no shame! Your closet can be something that’s comfortable and fits you well! (Looking for some work-from-home outfit ideas? Check out this amazing 4-way cardigan!)
DIY Closet Tip 3: Outdated
Out with the old and in with the new- say goodbye to anything that’s too outdated! Typically pieces from 7+ years ago are outdated and a good place to start. You might find this tip a little more challenging if you aren’t up to date on current trends. Never fear; if you find yourself struggling to figure out which pieces should stay and go simply reach out! I have tons of trend guides to help you decide what should stay and what should go. (Feeling behind the times? Check out the Top 2020 Spring Trends)
Pro-tip: Once you’ve finished cleansing your closet, try selling your unwanted clothes to cash on the spot stores like Revolve Fashion, online on sites like Poshmark or consider donating your gently used pieces to those and need and you’ll also get money back on your taxes.

It's been a fun journey from 10 year old "designer" to full-time entrepreneur and stylist. I'm now a wife to my hilarious and genius husband, Collin. A Mom to my two favorite boys, Jack (6 month old) and Henry (our furbaby). And proud to be back in Cleveland where we were both born and raised!
